“Test auditiv” (“Auditory test”) by narcoBranco (feat. Phunk B) | prod. SEZ
24 years ago narcoBranco – previously known as Carbon – was releasing his first songs and since then he is “walking in opposite directions than the stock market”.
Composing and singing about the social aspects of people’s lives, he sends us messages about staying true to ourselves and not forgetting that we are human.
We had the opportunity to work with him for “Test auditiv” (“Auditory test”), a featuring made with Phunk -B, very well known in Romania for his style whom he excels at since 2008.
The song talks about Narco Branco “refusing the illiterates”, the ones who are not concerned about self-improvement, taking everything for granted, letting themselves be affected by theories such as Earth being flat or round, instead of just being human.
Today the video, which was entirely filmed with an iPhone in Bucharest, was uploaded on YouTube.

Cu 24 de ani în urmă, narcoBranco – cunoscut anterior sub numele de Carbon – lansa primul său cântec și de atunci “merge în direcții opuse de mersul pieței.”
Compunând și cântând despre aspectele sociale ale vieților oamenilor, ne trimite mesaje precum acelea de a nu uita cine suntem cu adevărat și că suntem oameni.
Am avut oportunitatea de a lucra împreună cu el pentru “Test auditiv”, o colaborare realizată cu Phunk – B, foarte cunoscut în România pentru stilul său la care excelează din 2008.
Versurile melodiei vorbesc despre narcoBranco care “refuză analfabeții”, pe cei care nu sunt preocupați să se dezvolte, ”ce iau totul de-a gata”, lăsându-se afectați de teorii precum faptul că Pâmântul ar fi plat sau rotund, în loc să fie doar umani.
Astăzi videoclipul, filmat în întregime cu un iPhone în București, a fost încărcat pe YouTube.

It is easy to ignore and pretend that you do not understand, even if you received everything on the plate. The majority’s ignorance, however, transforms the reality into a sea of ice phantoms.
“Auditory test” is the dish serves on narcoBranco’s plate, through which we are reminded to listen to the world’s hum:
“Cause the majority refuses to listen
They wait for others to come for help
And even if you give them everything on the plate
They can’t believe, cause they can’t understand.”
The featuring with Phunk-B comes to shake down everything, in a humble way, with a robotized rhythm of a unrobotized human.

Este ușor să ignori și să spui că nu înțelegi chiar dacă ai primit totul de-a gata. Ignoranța majorității însă transformă realitatea într-o mare de fantome de gheață.
„Test auditiv” este felul servit pe tava lui narcoBranco, prin care ni se reamintește să ascultăm zumzetul lumii:
“Că majoritatea refuză s-asculte
Așteaptă să vină alții să-i ajute
Și chiar daca le dai totu pe tavă
Nu vor să creadă, că nu pot să-nțeleagă.”
Featuring-ul cu Phunk-B vine sa dea totul peste cap, fără fală, cu un ritm de robot nerobotizat:
